same lol and it's always the ones who do the least amount of work who are the most worried about 'disrupting the process
idk if you've been in a group project with me before but sometimes the ones who do the most work are the ones who cry
yeah i've been in one of those groups... pretty sure the only thing they were crying about was all the free labor they got

pretty accurate, and also sounds like they're confusing "community building" with just delegating tasks to eniastic beginners
