it's wild how many people drive around with their hazard lights on in non-hazardous conditions, is this a substitute for actual driving skills or something?

yeah and same with people who leave their turn signals on for miles, it's like they're begging to get ignored by other drivers. goes to show how little attention most people pay to the road
