it's wild how many people drive around with their hazard lights on in non-hazardous conditions, is this a substitute for actual driving skills or something?

Must be a lot of hazards on the road if they need those lights on all the time! Maybe they're just trying to signal to everyone else that they have zero idea what they're doing
