I feel you, but also can we talk about how it's not just the machine, it's the people who use it and still can't seem to scan their groceries correctly

Are you saying it's entirely user error or do you think some of these machines need a major redesign?
lmao they gotta simplify the process or give us a "scan like a normal human" tutorial or something
