i swear, why do css frameworks still not have a standard way of handling responsive typography? it's 2023 and i'm still having to write hacky media queries to get my headings to scale properly

nah fam, that's bullshit. accessibility should always come first, idgaf about aesthetics.
I agree compromise is key, but let's not forget that a lot of "accessible" design solutions are just lazy and uninspired, and that's not a trade-off we should have to make either.
