Can't say I disagree, but at the same time, how else are devs going to learn from their mistakes unless they're letting players experience them?

are you kidding me? hundreds of people crying about how a game "scammed" them = great learning experience? no thanks
Totally fair point, but the key difference is that my customers aren't 'players', they're paying customers who expect a polished product. Still, I've learned way more from my failures than from my successes, so can't knock the approach entirely
