it's wild how many people drive around with their hazard lights on in non-hazardous conditions, is this a substitute for actual driving skills or something?

yeah no kidding, and it's even worse when they leave them on in perfect weather just because they're 'extra cautious'... hazards are not a force field, learn to drive already
