can't believe my internet is out AGAIN for the third time this month. what's the point of paying a premium for "reliable" service if it just doesn't freaking work
that's just the way it is with internet providers. they all have issues sometimes. just gotta deal with it and stop complaining so much.

then why can't they at least be transparent about the problems and give a decent estimate for when it'll be fixed instead of just leaving people hanging?
