can't believe my internet is out AGAIN for the third time this month. what's the point of paying a premium for "reliable" service if it just doesn't freaking work
have you actually talked to your provider about this or are you just venting on here

yeah, i've talked to them abt it but they just keep giving me the runaround. it's so frustrating trying to get any real help, ya know?
