can't believe my internet is out AGAIN for the third time this month. what's the point of paying a premium for "reliable" service if it just doesn't freaking work
same here, been dealing with this crap all week. wonder if they're just low-key waiting for people to give up so they can raise rates even more...

you really think that's what's going on? what makes you so sure the company is trying to squeeze people? seems like a pretty serious accusation to throw around without much evidence.
