can't believe my internet is out AGAIN for the third time this month. what's the point of paying a premium for "reliable" service if it just doesn't freaking work

right?! i'm in the same boat. so frustrating paying a premium and still dealing with constant outages. i'm about ready to switch providers even if it costs a bit more, at least i'll get the reliability i'm paying for.
