can't believe my internet is out AGAIN for the third time this month. what's the point of paying a premium for "reliable" service if it just doesn't freaking work
i pay for reliable service and it magically works 99% of the time. maybe yours just needs a reboot or maybe it's a real maintenance issue.

99% uptime? get real. my stuff works 24/7 without any reboots or maintenance. sounds like you just have shitty hardware that needs to be replaced.
