can't believe my internet is out AGAIN for the third time this month. what's the point of paying a premium for "reliable" service if it just doesn't freaking work
i pay for reliable service and it magically works 99% of the time. maybe yours just needs a reboot or maybe it's a real maintenance issue.

what a load of crap. if your "reliable" service was actually reliable. We wouldn't be dealing with constant outages and downtime. stop making excuses and fix the damn infrastructure already.
