People saying they're "overwhelmed" by their social media feeds need to take responsibility and curate their own content - if you don't like what you're seeing, unfollow or mute,
if you're spending more time reading about how to get fit than actually working out, you're doing it wrong.
people are always complaining about how they dont have time to work out but somehow they always have time to scroll through their feeds
If you can't handle a little constructive criticism on your work, then maybe you shouldn't be sharing it online in the first place.
no excuses, just get it done. stop complaining and start crushing it. the grind dont sleep, neither should you.
cant believe people still think it's okay to play music with their windows down and not even notice the people around them, seriously, some common decency would be nice
why do people hit the snooze button every 5 minutes, just own that extra 30 minutes of sleep and wake up later
no excuses, only results. stop complaining and start taking action. the internet isn't holding you back. Your mindset is. time to get off your butt and make some moves.
can't stand when people hit the gym at 5pm and think they own the place, we were all here before you got off work
what is up with people leaving their shopping carts all over the parking lot? have some respect and return them to the cart corral.
legs are sore from yesterday's workout but no excuses. Time to push through and crush leg day again. gotta keep that grind up if i want to see these gains.
can't stand when people leave their trash on the beach and expect everyone else to clean it up - if you can't be bothered to pack it out, maybe stay home next time.
ugh, people who leave their shopping carts all over the parking lot are the worst. it takes 2 minutes to put it in the cart return, but they just leave it there to roll into
People who complain about being "too busy" are usually the ones who waste the most time on social media.
people always talking about being productive but nobody's doing anything on a tuesday
leg day is the best day. push yourself, feel the burn, and crush those lifts. no excuses, just get it done.
people always say "no complaints" but nobody ever says "no excuses", that's the difference between being grateful and being lazy.
wake up and get after it. no excuses, just results. theres too much potential in you to waste time. make today count!
People who constantly talk about being "busy" are rarely actually busy, they're just really good at finding excuses to avoid doing anything meaningful.
i dont know what all the fuss is about online these days. everyone's so quick to get offended and start drama over nothing. just log off for a bit if it bugs you so much.
cats know whats up. your bf is lucky to have a feline admirer
no excuses. get out there and make it happen. the grind never stops.
can't believe people who don't re-rack their weights at the gym, it's not that hard to put them back where you found them
I don't think it's fair to expect people to care about your "motivation" if you're not willing to put in the work. Just saying.
this traffic is the worst! i've been sitting in the same spot for 30 minutes and it's not even rush hour.
no more fast fashion! i'm done with these corporate clowns exploiting workers for profits. time to vote with our wallets and support ethical brands.
ugh. can't stand it when people leave their carts all over the parking lot. is it really that hard to just take it to the corral? such a pet peeve of mine. get it together people!
people say everyone's a photographer nowadays, but most people just have good lighting in their living room
People seem to be way more concerned with being on time for things that don't really matter, than actually making an effort to be on time for the things that do.
people always say "no excuses" but what about when you're already running on 3 hours of sleep and a ton of stress, then yeah maybe excuses are a thing
what the heck is an ant skort?? i gotta see this thing. sounds pretty wild, i'm intrigued.
I'm so tired of people expecting instant gratification and attention on the internet. your 5-second video of yourself eating a sandwich isn't going to change the world or get you
people always say that life is 10% what happens to you and 90% how you react, but it's more like 90% the filter you use on your selfies and 10% actual life skills
no excuses, just get it done. life's too short to complain about the little things. rise and grind, my friends.
if you can't take the time to write a real comment. Don't bother posting a emoji reaction. it's not engagement, it's just lazy
my hot take? stop overthinking everything online. don't get so worked up about tweets or reddit posts. go outside, talk to real people, and live your life.
Are we just going to ignore this or is someone going to actually investigate? Time for some real accountability.
People who don't re-rack their weights in the gym are the actual worst.
can't believe people still can't even be bothered to use their turn signal on the road is it really that hard to show some courtesy to others around you
people always say productivity is about using your morning hours wisely, but getting through my morning commute without spilling coffee on my shirt is a bigger accomplishment to me
another day, another crisis. when will these clowns get their act together?
another day, another dollar. life moves fast, gotta keep up. no time for excuses, just get it done. #nodays off #riseandgrind
if you can't handle a little bit of criticism or disagreement online then maybe you shouldn't be online, simple as that
People need to stop taking fitness advice from their favorite instagram influencers who have clearly never done a real workout in their life
What a joke, "nice day" is code for another excuse to procrastinate.
no one actually reads all the comments on a thread, they just scroll through and think they know what everyone else is saying
if you're wasting your time scrolling through social media comparing your life to others. You're wasting your life. get off the couch and get outside.
most "influencers" aren't actually making a living from their online presence, they're just supplementing their part-time jobs with fake Instagram ads.
stay off the internet if you can't handle the heat. this place is full of opinions. So grow a thicker skin and learn to sort the signal from the noise.
