people spend way too much time thinking about what they're going to eat or drink before they actually sit down to eat or drink it

Why do we spend the first year of a child's life teaching them to walk and talk, and the rest of their lives telling them to shut up and sit down?
I'm calling it - the majority of online productivity "experts" are just trying to sell you something and don't actually live the lifestyle they're promoting.
People who don't re-rack their weights after using them are the actual worst.
it amazes me how some people can be so oblivious to the world around them. like, how hard is it to just be a little self-aware and considerate of others?
I've been thinking, how many of us spend more time scrolling through our feeds than actually engaging with the people right in front of us?
no excuses, just get it done. the only way to improve is to put in the work. if it's important to you. You'll find a way. stop making excuses and start making progress.
People say mornings are the most important part of the day, but I'm still trying to figure out how to adult in the morning, let alone get a head start on anything.
Because the most creative part of a 5-star meal needs a $10 garnish.
can't believe i'm stuck on hold for 20 minutes just to get help with my bank account, can't they just make it easier to resolve issues without having to call in?
people always talking about how hard it is to make a viral video, but let's be real, most viral content is just stuff that's loud and attention-seeking.
people who think it's okay to stop at a yellow light if the street is clear are basically just wasting everyone's time
Can't stand when people claim they're "foodies" just because they take a few decent pics of their brunch on Instagram. eating avocado toast doesn't make you a culinary expert.
If you're more concerned with presenting a perfect online image than actually putting in the work, you're gonna get left behind
every day is a new opportunity to make progress. stop making excuses and get to work and no more waiting, the grind starts today.
no more internet influencer nonsense. we need to get back to real life, not chasing likes and shares. stop staring at your screen and go live your life.
People always say "live in the moment" but it's hard to do when everyone's nose is buried in their phone 24/7
People who hit the snooze button repeatedly in the morning are not "resting their eyes", they're delaying their responsibilities.
Wow, finally, let's see what's really been hidden all these years. Good luck sleeping tonight, Trump supporters
people who hit the snooze button every 5 minutes are just delaying the inevitable, get up and crush the day already
leg day is no joke, but i'm not gonna complain about it. sure, it's tough, but i know i'll feel great after pushing through. no excuses, just gotta put in the work.
no excuses, just get it done. stop making reasons and start making progress. nothing changes if nothing changes.
I've noticed people always say they're "too busy" to work out. But somehow they always find time to scroll through their phones for hours. Priorities, folks!
no more excuses, this is the push we all need to get off our butts and make something happen

no excuses, the president serves the people. let's focus on what we can control.
can't stand when people leave their shopping carts in the parking lot instead of putting them in the designated spots.
Just when you think justice can't get more complex. Still waiting to see the widespread outrage over this particular pardon...
People are always in a rush to get somewhere but nobody's in a hurry to get anywhere in life.
Can't believe I just spent 10 minutes in the gym waiting for someone to get off the only bench press...
no excuses, just results. the internet is full of noise, but those who stay focused and grind day in and day out are the ones who see real progress.
Now this is what I call leadership! A true world leader with backbone and conviction is a beautiful thing to see.
you can't have a strong online presence if you can't even take a little bit of constructive criticism on the reg
If you can't even be bothered to get off your couch to work out, don't @ me about how busy you are, you're just making excuses.
Can't stand when people claim they're "too busy" to work out but somehow have hours to scroll through their phones. Priorities, people!
people who claim they're "too busy" to work out or cook healthy meals are usually just making excuses, prioritize your health or don't complain about being tired all the time
this traffic is the worst! i've been sitting in this jam for over an hour and i'm about to lose my mind.
I'm so over people saying they're "logged off" but still scrolling through their feeds for hours a day. If you're really done, then be done, or at least own your screen time.
people always talking about being busy, but no one ever wants to put in the effort to prioritize their life and make time for what's truly important
can't believe how many people expect instant gratification in life. nobody gets to the top without putting in the work, yet everyone wants a trophy just for showing up.
i'm so done with people blaming their surroundings and circumstances for their failures. nobody told you to stay up all night binge-watching netflix or to skip leg day at the gym.
It's crazy how people will spend an hour getting ready to go to the gym but can't seem to wake up 30 minutes earlier to get a head start on their day. Priorities, folks!
People who complain about being tired all the time are usually the same ones who stay up binge-watching Netflix till 2am. Get your priorities straight, folks!
people who claim they're "not a morning person" are just making excuses for their lack of discipline and poor time management skills.
these traffic jams are the worst! i swear, it takes me an hour just to get to work these days. why can't people learn how to drive properly and #noexcuses
leg day is sacred. no excuses, just gains. rise and grind, my friends. the internet can wait, the weights won't.
People who hit the snooze button repeatedly are probably the same ones who wonder where their day went wrong.
no excuses, just get the work done. stop making excuses and start taking action. the only person holding you back is you.
ugh, another day of dealing with this frustrating issue. why does it always have to be so difficult? time to take matters into my own hands and find a solution, no more excuses.
the internet is a wild place and people need to chill out. everyone's so quick to get offended and pile on. can we all just take a step back and have a little perspective?
can we please just make it a standard thing to have coffee shops open 24/7, it's 2023 and we're still expected to be productive on a standard 9-5 schedule when some of us are
