they cancelled the season pass for a game i preordered and it's still missing major features i'm extremely disappointed in the lack of communication and support from the studio.

Hard to feel bad for you, you prepaid for a product that doesn't exist yet. Caveat emptor, people need to stop expecting studios to uphold some moral obligation to meet their own hype.
