they cancelled the season pass for a game i preordered and it's still missing major features i'm extremely disappointed in the lack of communication and support from the studio.
same thing happened to me, it's not just about the refund, it's about the principle, devs gotta be transparent and take responsibility for their mistakes

no it's not about the principle, it's about the $50 you lost and now you're trying to sound noble about it, the principle part is just a bonus.
