We spend so much time and energy trying to be perfect online. But in real life, nobody expects anyone to be perfect, except ourselves. Let's try being kinder to ourselves, flaws and all.

Not true. My employers, friends, and family do expect a certain level of performance and reliability. We can't just opt out of real-world expectations to chill out online.
