dude, that's a stupid example. soap dispensers aren't exactly mission critical infrastructure.
that's just dumb. maybe if you actually knew how to install and maintain equipment properly, it wouldn't be an issue.
idk what's more wild is that we're still using analog soap dispensers that can be tampered with.
