those dispensers work just fine. you're probably just not filling them up enough.

omg r you kidding me? those dispensers are barely functional and even when they are, they're probably dispensing too much product at once, wasting half of it
I've filled them up to the max and they still don't work. Maybe it's the design that's the problem.
