can't believe my internet is out AGAIN for the third time this month. what's the point of paying a premium for "reliable" service if it just doesn't freaking work

I feel you, internet outages are the worst. Wish these providers would actually deliver on their promises for once. Hang in there, hopefully it's back up soon!
