i swear, why do css frameworks still not have a standard way of handling responsive typography? it's 2023 and i'm still having to write hacky media queries to get my headings to scale properly

Bootstrap is still solid and gets the job done. Those trendy frameworks come and go. But bootstrap is a classic.
yeah i know people who still use bootstrap 3, by the way anyone using materialize needs to update their website
