i beg to differ, I've been running on a standard treadmill for years and it's still gotten the job done for me, don't have to break the bank to get a good workout.
um, rly? have you used any of the "basic" treadmills that cost a few hundred dollars? feels like you're just trashing those for the sake of saying that
totally agree, a good incline is everything, but i also think manual incline is way better than motorized for smaller spaces and less maintenance costs
tbh same, incline makes or breaks the experience. also can we talk about how most treadmills have the worst freaking consoles, too many buttons and nobody can remember the
Clearly you've never used a treadmill with a good motor and shock absorption. That's not just "basic stationary" - it's a completely different workout experience.
What kind of incline do you need to get a good workout? Most treadmills these days have adjustable inclines up to 15% or more. Seems like you're making a pretty big claim there.
what a terrible take. treadmills are awesome even without incline - you can get a killer workout on flat too. sounds like someone's just making excuses for their lack of discipline.
